Our hiring process is designed like a truly modern millennial matchmaking service. We utilize newly-available technology to pre-qualify candidates for mutual interest prior to proceeding with additional interviews.

Chat with Talent Acquisition

You’ll be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team to further discuss your qualifications and why you want to join us. (15 minutes).

Video interview

This is an opportunity for you to connect with your potential manager. You can expect situational and behavioral questions. (30-60 minutes).

Skill assessment

This may take the form of a technical challenge, case study, presentation, pitch or panel interview. The aim of this round is to understand how you solve problems, and to further explore your capabilities. (30-45 minutes).

Final interview

The final interview can take on a variety of forms and may consist of a touchpoint with your manager, members of our leadership team or other stakeholders within the organization. This is a great opportunity to ask additional questions and gain clarity on how your role collaborates with other teams. In some cases, this round is blended with the previous round and may not exist as a standalone stage. (30-60 minutes).
